Olympic Weightlifting Sport Advanced

This program is meant for those who have the time to train at least four days per week and interested in reaching their full potential in the sport. 

Rome wasn't built in a day; this is also true when it comes to mastering the lifts. Coach Nico Rithner's method breaks down the lifts clearly so you can tackle one skill at a time in a rational and systematic manner. Every lesson and practice session will take you closer to mastering these awesome techniques.

Colorado Weightlifting Club's ranking based programming ensures you are always training at the appropriate level. Programs are well balanced and results driven; skill and strength exercises are based on your current skill and strength level.

  • Semiprivate Coaching
  • Lessons. Minimum of two per week required.
  • Open gym access, 5 am-11 pm, 7 days/week
  • Individualized programming updated weekly. 
  • Expected to compete.

Kettlebell Lifting Sport Advanced

This  program is meant for those who have the time to train at least four days per week and are interested in reaching their full potential in the sport. 

Competing in BOLT Kettlebell Lifting Sport at a competitive level requires a combination of strength, endurance and technical proficiency that can only be reached with hard work and the right long term training plan. The rewards include attaining a high level of fitness and the accomplishment of having reached advanced levels in a discipline. 

Colorado Kettlebell Club's advanced programming is planned around the competition schedule and your current training stage to ensure optimal development. A high level of communication between the athlete and coach makes each plan very productive and adaptive to whatever circumstances may affect training. 

This program is focused on competitive kettlebell lifting but includes other training methodologies ​for best results.
